Terms of service for Overworked

1. Acceptance of Terms:
By using the Overworked app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Use of the App:
2.1 You must be at least 13 years old to use Overworked.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
2.3 You agree to use Overworked in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. User Content:
3.1 By using Overworked, you may submit content, including workout schedules and weights. You retain ownership of your content.
3.2 By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, perform, and distribute your content on Overworked.
4. Privacy:
4.1 Your use of Overworked is also governed by our privacy policy. By using the app, you consent to the practices described in the privacy policy.
5. Friends and sharing:
5.1 Overworked may include features that allow you to connect with friends and share workout information. You are solely responsible for managing your friends and controlling the sharing of your information.
6. Termination:
6.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms of Service.
7. Changes to the service:
7.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Overworked at any time without notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
8. Limitation of liability:
8.1 To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
9. Governing law:
9.1 These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
